Who is a Maibi?
A priestess of the Sanamahi religion of the Meiteis. Theyperform the Lai Horouba dance depicting Creation and also dance the tragic lovestory of Khamba (a poor boy) and Thoibi (a Meitei princess). It is a uniqueliving tradition of Manipur.
